The following rules shall apply, together with any instructions or rules specific to this competition. By entering this competition, you are deemed to have accepted the following: The competition is open to any student* both studying and residing in the UK and who is currently over the age of 18. 4freesims Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person. Multiple entries and third party entries will be disqualified. By taking part in the competition, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail addresses are accurate and that 4freesims Ltd are informed of any changes to these. 4freesims Ltd accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that prizes are awarded and or the overall winner is announced.
By entering the competition you are deemed to have agreed to thestudent.biz contacting you in the future. Your data will not be passed onto any third party and will only be used by thestudent.biz
4freesims Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whom it deems not eligible to enter and their decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be the person with the highest number of points gained at the end of the competition. The end date of the competition is stated on the website www.thestudent.biz.
All taxes, insurances, transfers and other expenses resulting from the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
4freesims Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the supply of sims at any stage throughout the competition.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Prizes can only be sent to a valid UK address unless otherwise stated. In order to qualify for a prize in the competition, monthly or overall, you must have achieved a minimum of one top-up. Prizes will not be awarded to a student who has only achieved points through referring a friend, completing the online quiz, 'Liking' thestudent.biz on Facebook or achieving activations. Points for top-ups will be awarded when the Sim card is topped up for the first time only.
Winners will be contacted on the email address supplied to us.
A minimum of 2000 points must be reached to win 1st prize in our monthly competitions with at least 1000 of those achieved via SIM Top Ups.
A minimum of 12000 points must be reached to win the overall 1st prize with at least 6000 of those achieved via SIM Top Ups.
Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives unless otherwise stated. 4freesims Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal quality or greater value at any time.
www.thestudent.biz is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.4freesims reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition as necessary.
In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules and instructions of a specific competition, the decision of 4freesims Ltd will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. |
