Q: Who is eligible to enter the competition?
A: The competition is open to all students attending
a University, College or Further Education establishments
within the UK. You must be over the age of 18 to
enter and we reserve the right to ask for proof
of age or attendance at any time. |

Q: How do I earn Points?
A: You can earn points in a number of ways. The quickest way to build up your points is by getting your Vodafone Sim/Data cards topped up by a fellow Student, friend or family member. Once this has been done and we have received confirmation of the top-up from Vodafone, your 200 points will be awarded. Please be aware that points will ONLY be awarded once the Sim/Data card(s) have been topped up. Points WILL NOT be awarded if a Sim/Data card is NOT topped up.
Other ways to earn points include: referring friends (max 10 referrals per Student), Liking us on Facebook, completing the online quiz and taking part in one of the bonus challenges which will appear on the website and Facebook throughout the competition. |

Q: How do I earn money?
A:We want to offer everyone the chance to earn cash, so every time you reach 1000 points you can cash these points in for £10! To do this simply send a quick email to info@thestudent.biz detailing that you would like to cash in your 1000 points. Once your request has been received, we will send you a cheque ASAP. It’s that simple |

Q: Do my monthly point’s rollover?
A: No they don’t. At the beginning of each month all Student totals will go back to zero. However, the total points from each month will be recorded and added together at the end of the promotion to determine the winners of the overall cash prizes. |

Q: How do I know how well I am doing?
A:We receive regular data from Vodafone and this is automatically uploaded onto your account. You can keep a check of how many points you’ve earned by logging into your account and going to the ‘Details’ page. |

Q: How do I place an order for Sim cards and can I get more than 10?
A: Your welcome pack containing your initial allocation of Sim cards will be sent to you automatically once you have completed your registration successfully. Thereafter, you will be able to order more Sim cards completely free of charge by simply sending an email to info@thestudent.biz. Once your request has been processed your Sim cards will be sent directly to you (subject to approval). |

Q: What is a ‘top up’?
A: A top-up is when credit has been applied to the Sim/Data card. The minimum credit that can be applied is £5. Sim cards can be topped up either at UK cash machines, local newsagents or online. Remember 200 points will only be awarded ONCE the Sim card has been topped-up for the first time. |

Q: How Do I Claim my Prize if I Win?
A: We will advise you as soon as you have won a prize and this will be despatched to the address you have supplied. Please be aware that any prize will have to be signed for. Therefore, you must make sure you notify us of any changes to your address, as we cannot be responsible for any errors you may make. |
